How We Work?
Headshot Photography Session Details
With our mobile studio set-up, we can be ready to shoot headshots in as little as 15 minutes. We are professional photographers who are experienced in capturing high volumes of people efficiently and pride ourselves on limiting any disruption to you whilst on site.
Your session time can be used as you wish, shooting high volume headshots for just a single headshot of each person, or perhaps you may wish to capture group shots or additional poses for social media and marketing. We can also shoot creative images of directors and spokespeople for annual reports or announcements. Whatever your portraiture requirements and budget constraints, our photo shoot tailored to meet your photography needs.
With all our headshots photography packages, you have an option of backgrounds. You could have your images taken against one of our popup backdrops, use your own office environment or any chosen location. When working with previous clients, I have found that some of the most creative business headshots have come from shooting in a boardroom or meeting room. Another great benefit of an on-site service is that set-up is quick and easy to move and set up in another location, giving you a greater variety of shots.
During your headshots photoshoot, we can review the images as we go, ensuring the highest standards and image consistency as well as allowing you to make any edits or cuts. Each photo file is renamed with the persons name so after the photo shoot you can locate your headshots easily and organise them how you wish. Standard photo post production is included in all sessions.

We keep our headshot photography prices nice and simple, charge for our time on site with no complicated licence or usage costs. You will receive all your edited pictures on a password protected online gallery where you can view, share and download your high resolution files.
Standard Rates (within 25 miles)
Day Rate – £595
Half Day – £395
Hourly Rate
First 2 hours – £245 Subsequent hours – £80
Rates beyond 25 miles
Travel to venues is included within 20 miles of Southampton (main land only). For customers outside of this area including Isle Of Wight and central London, there will be an additional travel charge. Corporate headshots in central London are available from £495 half day, £695 full day.
